Here are my deck options (as of 2023-10-30) for my small cards decks, specifically conceptual cards (so not for things like memorizing foreign vocabulary or names of capitals). The order of the options follows Anki version 2.1.65.

- Insertion order: Sequential (oldest cards first)
Lapses:

- Leech action: Suspend Card
Timer:
- Maximum answer seconds: 60
- Show answer timer: no
Burying:
- Bury new siblings: yes
- Bury reviews siblings: yes
Audio:
- Don't play audio automatically: no
- Skip question when replaying answer: no
Advanced:
- Maximum interval: 36500 (days)
- Starting ease: 2.50
- Easy bonus: 1.30
- Interval modifier: 1.00
